I’m Surjeet Shyamal and seeking the information related Minimum Wages Notification dearness allowance (DA) of Delhi Government under RTI Act 2005 as follows: –
- Is the Minimum Wages in Delhi (VDA) notification for 1 October 2025 published or not till date if yes then provides the certified copy?
- According to the rules of the Minimum Wage Act the DA notification for
October 2025should have been published by the last week of September 2025. So, please let me the name and position of the responsible officer.
- What action will be taken on the responsible officer for delay in publication of notification of dearness allowance under the Minimum Wage Act October 2025 for the workers of Delhi and for how long, provide complete information?
- How long will the notification of dearness allowance be published under the Minimum Wage Act for the workers of Delhi?

The Delhi government will respond to this RTI within 30 days. We expect the Labor Department to release the dearness allowance for October 2025 before then. If you all support us, we will remain engaged in this matter until the notification is issued by the government. The notification of October 2025 is issued by the Labour Department of Delhi Government till, you will get minimum wages at April 2025 notification rate.
