The Central Government Minimum Wages April 2024 DA Notification is issued. If you working as a contract worker, outsource worker, daily wager under any ministry, department under Central Government in all over India, in such case your salary will increased. Let’s know how much salary will be increased from which times in details?

Dr. Omkar Sharma, Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) issued the DA Notification on dated 1 April 2024 for central Sphere. This is DA hike is applicable for all contract employees, outsource employed or daily wager worker working under ministry, department, psu. etc under Central Government from April 1, 2024, which is as follows-

The employer is not paid salary at the above rate from 1 April 2024. In such case, first you will make a written demand before concern officer of your department (Principal Employer). The principal employer is not hearing you within 15 days, then you can lodge a written complaint before Reginal Labour Commissioner (Central). In which you can demand ten times damages for yourself, as much as you are being paid a salary less than the minimum wage.
